1. WHAT COOKIES ARE

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site recognize your device, keep things working (like a checkout session), and help us understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage and tracking parameters in links. In this Policy, “cookies” covers all of these. This Policy supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. THE CATEGORIES WE USE

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site and the embedded booking checkout to function. These cannot be switched off through our site.
  • Functional — remember choices you make (such as your wishlist) and power on-page features like the reviews widget.
  • Analytics — help us understand site usage in aggregate so we can improve the experience.
  • Advertising measurement — tell us which of our ads led to an inquiry or booking so we can spend our marketing budget sensibly. We do not run third-party ad networks on the site.

4. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

The booking checkout (Peek), analytics and advertising measurement (Google), and the reviews widget (Elfsight) are provided by third parties who set their own cookies and process the resulting data under their own privacy policies. Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com.

5. YOUR CHOICES

  • Consent. Where required by applicable law, we request your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you may withdraw it at any time using the controls below.
  • Browser controls. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the booking checkout from working.
  • Google opt-outs. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the GA opt-out browser add-on and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
  • Universal opt-out signals.Where required by U.S. state law, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of “sharing” for targeted advertising.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy as the services we use change. We will post the updated version here with a revised “Last updated” date.
