Luxury Experiences Inc., an Ontario corporation — doing business as “TCI Experiences,” “Luxury Cayman Experiences,” “Nassau Experiences,” and related brands (collectively “LEI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Last updated: July 15, 2026
LEI operates a booking platform for charters, tours, and experiences, including tciexperiences.com and the other channels described in our Terms & Conditions (together, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Platform, make an inquiry, or book an experience; how we use and share it; and the rights and choices you have. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy.
Experiences booked through the Platform are fulfilled by independent operators. This Policy covers LEI’s own practices; it does not cover the independent practices of operators, payment providers, or other third parties, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
Depending on how you interact with the Platform, we collect:
If you provide personal information about other members of your party, you confirm you have their consent (or, for minors, the authority of a parent or guardian) to share it with us for the purposes described in this Policy.
We do not sell personal information for money.
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. For details of what we set, why, and how to control it, see our Cookie Policy.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy — including maintaining booking records, providing support, and meeting tax, accounting, and other legal obligations — and for the duration of any period necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
We use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are a Canadian company serving guests worldwide, and our service providers process data in Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions. Operators fulfilling your booking are located in the destination you are visiting (for example, the Turks & Caicos Islands). Wherever personal information is processed, we protect it as described in this Policy and take steps required by applicable law for cross-border transfers (including, for European data, the safeguards described in Section 11).
The Platform is intended for adults; you must be at least 18 to book. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where a child participates in a booked experience, we collect only the participant details provided by, and with the consent of, a parent or guardian. If we learn we have collected a child’s personal information without valid parental consent, we will delete it.
Canada (PIPEDA). We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. You may request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions), and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Europe & the UK (GDPR / UK GDPR). Luxury Experiences Inc. is the controller of personal information collected through the Platform. We process personal information (a) to perform our contract with you (bookings and service), (b) for our legitimate interests (improving and marketing the Platform, preventing fraud) where not overridden by your rights, (c) with your consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies), and (d) to comply with legal obligations. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Transfers outside the EEA/UK are protected by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know the personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, to receive it in a portable format, and to opt out of “sales,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money; our use of advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising, which you can opt out of through the cookie controls described in the Cookie Policy or a universal opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor where required. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 15; we may need to verify your identity, and you may authorize an agent to act for you. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
The Platform contains embedded third-party content (such as the booking checkout and review widgets) and links to third-party sites and social platforms. Those parties collect information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means the revised Policy applies.
