Cancellation policy & weather protection
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 72 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the experience receive a 50% refund; within 24 hours of the experience, the booking is non-refundable.
Weather Protection:If the captain calls off your trip for unsafe weather, we'll reschedule you — or refund you if rescheduling isn't possible.
